Once lost to fire, these residences have been meticulously rebuilt, recapturing the historic charm of their originals while embracing modern design. Inside, there exists a beautiful blend of old and new: stunning reclaimed wood elements, from the bathroom vanity to the stair treads, meet modern details such as the windows drywall returns.
Exposed timber beams add rustic character to some bedrooms, while the kitchens boast contemporary shaker cabinetry and warm butcher block countertops. Each houses unique tilework, including classic subway tile, intricate chevron tile, and organic hex tile, which adds character.
Old is new again in other finishing details like the light fixtures, hardware selections, wall mount faucets, and exterior trims. The juxtaposition of all these elements speak to the enduring spirit of these houses and the families that inhabit them.
